Silver Austrian Philharmonic Overview

The Silver Austrian Philharmonic is struck in .999 fine silver. It is backed by the government of Austria and minted by the Austrian Mint in Vienna. The Austrian Mint is internationally famous for their production of exceptional coins for over 800 years and the Austrian Philharmonic Silver Coin is the number one silver coin in Europe. The coin is also one of the most recognizable silver coins in the world.

Silver Austrian Philharmonic Design

The obverse of each brand new Silver Philharmonic coin bears the inscription 1 Unze Feinsilber, or 1 ounce pure silver, located below the Great Pipe Organ of Vienna's Golden Concert Hall, home of the Philharmonic. The obverse also bears the country of issue – Republic of Austria, the date, and face value of 1.5 Euros. Its face value of 1.50 Euros gives the silver piece its coin character, but is not relevant for the actual market value of the coin.

Very fast, efficient service; this was my second order and both arrived quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. I don’t see any reason to use another vendor for available products
